TB Mukt Bharat

The TB Mukt Bharat app is an interactive platform provided by the National TB Elimination Program (NTEP) for Indian mobile users. This app aims to raise awareness about tuberculosis (TB) in communities through a chatbot that helps users identify signs and symptoms of the disease. The app connects patients with trained volunteers called Nikshay Mitras, who offer support with treatment adherence and kit distribution. It also helps patients verify services digitally. Designed for program implementers, district health teams, Nikshay Mitras, volunteers, and patients, the app simplifies communication and improves treatment outcomes. This helps in transparent case reporting under the National Tuberculosis Elimination Program, ultimately supporting tuberculosis elimination efforts in India.
