Mera Ration App

The Mera Ration App by National Informatics Centre allows Indian citizens to access information about Public Distribution System (PDS) benefits anywhere in the country. This app is part of the One Nation One Ration Card plan, which enables ration card holders to lift subsidised foodgrains from any Fair Price Shop (FPS) across India. To use this service, users need to authenticate themselves through biometric or Aadhaar data on an electronic Point of Sale (ePoS) device. The scheme ensures that beneficiaries can purchase rice, wheat, and coarse grains at subsidised rates of Rs. 3, Rs. 2, and Rs. 1 per kilogram, respectively, regardless of their location in the country. This app helps citizens to access their PDS benefits conveniently and efficiently.
